American Mountain Adventures utilizes a combination of general and sport specific strength training programs. Our free weights station helps to balance out the intense pulling that our 40 degree Moonboard (2019 Masters set) requires. Beastmaker 1000 & 2000 fingerboards help to keep our tendons strong, while our Campus board (Moon spacing) helps train lockoff and explosive strength. We also use our 15 degree boulder wall as a less-steep alternative to the Moonboard.
